The Cultural and Artistic Works Submission System of the Institute for the Promotion of Culture and Art has been designed as a fully electronic and structured process to facilitate interaction between artists and supporting institutions. This section introduces the step-by-step procedure for registering and evaluating works within the system.

Artists begin by registering on the platform to create their personal user account.

After logging into their dashboard, the artist can select the type of work literary, visual, audio, video, performing arts, etc. from active calls or predefined categories.

The Secretariat conducts an initial verification to ensure that submissions meet the basic requirements.
