Institute for the Development of Culture and Arts

The Board of Experts of the Institute for the Promotion of Culture and Art is composed of distinguished specialists, experienced artists, university professors, and veteran cultural and artistic figures of the country. They are responsible for the professional evaluation of works submitted to the system. Acting with impartiality, scientific precision, and professional insight, this board plays a crucial role in identifying and supporting outstanding works of art and culture.

Mission of the Board of Experts

With the goal of enhancing the cultural and artistic quality of the country and identifying genuine talents, the Board of Experts is tasked with evaluating submitted works in a precise, systematic manner based on defined criteria. The board is responsible for providing expert opinions, offering corrective recommendations, and approving or rejecting works.

Possession of academic, research, and practical experience in their respective fields

Commitment to professional ethics, impartiality, and the rights of creators

Active collaboration with academic, research, and artistic institutions

Full familiarity with the principles of Islamic–Iranian culture and art

Evaluation Process

After submission, works are referred by the Secretariat to the relevant expert committee. The evaluation process includes:

Stage 1

Impartial Evaluation and Work Coding

Works are coded and submitted anonymously to ensure unbiased judgment.

Stage 2

Review Based on Professional Criteria

Experts assess works based on indicators such as innovation, quality, alignment with cultural goals, and social impact.

Stage 3

Providing Corrective Feedback for Improvement

If necessary, experts provide feedback and recommendations for improving the work.

Stage 4

Publishing Evaluation Results in the User Panel

Evaluation results are recorded and displayed in the user’s personal dashboard.
